Job Description The Training Supervisor for Oshkosh North is responsible for the plant training strategy, including designing, developing and facilitating the technical training programs. The Training Supervisor will lead a team of 4-6 dedicated plant trainers within the facility, in addition to providing indirect leadership to department trainers and machine operators. This role will have strong business partnership to the Oshkosh North plant Operations Leaders and is indirectly supported by the Learning and Development Team to ensure consistency in the development and delivery of our training from plant to plant in the Amcor Flexibles network.
