Responsibilities Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to translate these requirements into effective PeopleSoft solutions. This position serves as primary contact for technology used to support and enhance business functions in Student Accounts relating to billing and accounts receivable. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to PeopleSoft applications and modules. Serves as a business systems liaison and consults with all functional user departments, IT, PSaaS, Universities of Wisconsin System Admin, and third-party software vendors (Nelnet, Workday, Campus Guard, etc.) Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and needs assessment of existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend PeopleSoft-based solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. System Configuration and Customization: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations, customizations, and enhancements within the PeopleSoft environment, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
