Duties and Responsibilities: Perform basic machining functions including set up, operating, and grinding or other related equipment involved in finishing parts. Remove excess material and burrs from surface by performing deburring, blasting, tumbling, staking, lapping, sawing, splitting, polishing, and other basic machining functions. Review blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine product specifications, tool requirements, and operational sequences. Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges. Assemble, repair, and inspect machined parts using hand tools. Log and enter information for tracking and quality purposes. Maintain work areas to ensure the safe operations of all tools and equipment and adhere to safety procedures and regulations. Attend all meetings and trainings as required, including safety training and team huddles. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Experience: 0+ years relevant experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
