Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Human Resource team in research, development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures regarding employment issues.
Assist in organization of HR department.
Assist in the Recruitment processes of the HR Department.
Assist in the employment, termination, and unemployment compensation processes.
Help out HR department with everyday and situational tasks.
Assist in setting and reaching department goals and objectives.
Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience working in Human Resources preferred.
Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work cooperatively with and under the direction and supervision of a variety of persons.
Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
