The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following: Provide customer service and order entry to all assigned customers and accounts. Responds to all communication from customers and acts accordingly. Maintains and increases customer satisfaction by prompt responses. Communicates with Client Services Group leader to escalate critical customer issues. Evaluates customer purchase orders and releases for delivery date compliance during contract review. Proactively advises customer of any changes to original commitments and follow ups until completion. Supports cross-functional teams that focus on managing our customers. Participates on improvement teams as needed. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in a customer service and manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
