開発、工業化、量産段階での材料、装置、プロセスの定義、組織化、検証
材料の特性評価のための計測ソリューションの特定
インテグレーション、プロセスサポート、ハードウェアチーム、およびサプライヤーとの協力
技術開発および量産立ち上げを円滑に進めるための装置戦略、購入、立ち上げ、および認証の製造チームとの調整
プロジェクト実施の成功を確保するための強力なネットワーキング、コミュニケーション、レポーティングスキルの活用
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and improving lithography processes for new technologies.
Leading and participating in high-volume manufacturing projects.
Defining, organizing, and validating materials, equipment, and processes during development, industrialization, and ramp-up phases.
Identifying metrology solutions to characterize materials.
Collaborating with integration, process support, hardware teams, and suppliers.
Coordinating equipment strategy, purchase, start-up, and qualification with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth technology development and ramp-up.
Utilizing strong networking, communication, and reporting skills for successful project implementation.
Requirement

工学、材料科学、物理学、化学、または関連分野での修士号または博士号が望ましい
フォトリソグラフィーおよび半導体業界での最低8年の経験
SAW技術/プロセス開発または製造の専門知識があると尚良い
DoE（実験計画法）、統計的プロセス管理、および分析ツールに精通している
技術的および対人関係における強力な分析力と問題解決能力
実用的かつ柔軟な態度で、結果およびデータ重視の前向きなメンタリティ
自律的に働く能力、整理整頓された作業習慣、細部にまで注意を払う能力、高い基準を持つ作業姿勢
優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語でのプロフェッショナルレベルの書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
Education, Experience, and Skills
M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or related field preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in photolithography and semiconductor industry.
Expertise in SAW technology/process development or manufacturing is a plus.
Proficient in DoE (Design of Experiments), statistical process control, and analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a technical and interpersonal focus.
Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result- and data-driven, can-do mentality.
Ability to work autonomously, stay well-organized with a high attention to detail, setting high standards in all work aspects.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
