We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join the team and lead the successful execution of our custom home projects. Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager will oversee the entire construction process for custom residential projects, from pre-construction planning through final completion. This role requires a leader with excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of residential construction, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, procurement, and tracking expenses.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Construction Oversight:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality.

• Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.

• Address client concerns promptly and ensure their vision is realized throughout the construction process.

• Facilitate client walkthroughs and manage any change orders or modifications.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.

• Conduct final inspections and manage the punch list process to ensure a flawless project handover.
