We are seeking a Senior Training EEO Instructor to support our customer onsite at Patrick Space Force Base, Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Duties:

· Employs in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art and emerging instructional technology to implement online, virtual, and classroom instruction for adult learners.

· Develops and delivers a curriculum that addresses course objectives utilizing innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that immerse students in challenging learning opportunities.

· Networks with learning organizations, universities, and community resources to improve the implementation of technology into active learning experiences.

· Contributes to developing interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) and plans and delivers IMI in online, virtual, and contemporary classroom settings.

· Provides feedback to students to enhance learning and academic growth.

· Attends faculty meetings and faculty development sessions to collaborate with colleagues and institutional leadership to promote continuous improvement in instructional methods.

Required Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Education discipline)

Required Experience:

· Minimum five years of experience in Federal Civilian EEO programs

· Minimum five years of DoD experience

· Minimum three years of experience providing training.

· Experience in analyzing the effectiveness of a federal agency's EEO programs.

· Knowledgeable in Federal EEO Complaints Programs, EEO systems management, and disability program management.

· Ability to travel 25% of the time.

· Ability to implement advanced technology (interactive multimedia) and curriculum in line with course objectives.

· Expertise in learning methodologies and the use of technology in the classroom.

· Ability to motivate students toward academic endeavors.

Desired Qualifications:

· Master's degree in appropriate discipline

· Air Force field experience taking Civilian EO complaints.

· Formal training or certification in distributive learning and/or interactive multimedia instruction

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
