We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting information from meetings, documents, and systems to create detailed process documents. This role involves reviewing and approving documentation with stakeholders, addressing feedback, and finalizing documents for upload.
Responsibilities
Extract information from meetings, documents, and systems.
Create process documents using gathered information.
Send documents to stakeholders for review and approval.
Address updates or changes based on stakeholder feedback.
Upload completed documents once approved.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation review.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint (Windchill experience is a plus).
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple documents.
Excellent communication skills for asking qualifying and follow-up questions.
Strong follow-through and time management.
Critical thinking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
