Description We are offering an opportunity to become a part of our team in Orlando, Florida, in the professional services sector. The role is for a Technical Accounting Manager who will primarily focus on managing and troubleshooting issues in Accounts Payable and Cash process flows in SAP. This role is a short-term contract position, offering the chance to work remotely after the initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in SAP, particularly in Accounts Payable and Cash processes.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the vendor database setup, wire transfers, and bank data reconciliation.

• Develop and implement remediation plans for identified problems.

• Serve as a SAP superuser, capable of managing complex issues and providing solutions.

• Support the Accounts Payable Manager and the Director of Accounting in their roles.

• Utilize skills in database management, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Computer Hardware, Deliverable, and Deployments.

• Apply knowledge of Design, SAP, Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Applications, Cash Flow Management, Cash Flow Modeling, Cash Reconciliations, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions in carrying out responsibilities. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical accounting role within the professional services industry

• Proficiency in database management and EO/IR systems operation

• Demonstrable experience with AB Testing methods

• Familiarity with computer hardware is a must

• Proven ability to manage and deliver on project deliverables

• Experience in managing and leading deployments in a professional setting

• Strong design skills, particularly in relation to technical accounting systems

• Proficiency in SAP is crucial for this role

• Extensive experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proven track record in cash applications management

• Experience in cash flow management, including cash flow modeling and cash reconciliations

• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and its role in technical accounting

• Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Experience with ERP solutions in a professional services setting.
