Lockheed Martin Systems Integration & Test Engineer - Development Testing -Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida

Description:

You will be a JASSM Systems Integration & Test Engineer, responsible for planning and executing software HWIL testing. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge missile systems, and you'll play a key role in ensuring their success.

What You Will Be Doing

As a JASSM Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing software HWIL testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical status and issues to program leadership and customers. You'll be the day-to-day interface with various IPTs, including Systems Engineering, GNC, Production, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute software HWIL testing

• Participate in program reviews, including design assurance reviews and test readiness reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, GNC, Production, and more

• Communicate technical status and issues to program leadership, technical leadership, and customers

• Occasional travel (<10%) to support program requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. An interim secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent experience/combined education

• Minimum of 2 years work experience, or 0 years with a technical Masters degree, in hardware or software testing

Desired Skills:

• Debugging experience using telemetry, data collection & data reduction

• Excellent technical writing, planning, and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members

• Experience in software testing and familiarity with HWIL system and missile systems or closed-loop systems or real-time operating systems

• Experience with CAMEO

• Experience operating lab equipment such as power supplies, digital multi-meter, and/or oscilloscopes

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
