As a Supervisor for NOA/OUTBOUND, you will lead a team of sales executives, ensuring adherence to sales processes and performance standards. Your role includes providing coaching, feedback, and direction to drive success, documenting performance metrics, and supporting professional growth. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
How You'll Shine
Supervise and guide sales executives, ensuring compliance with sales processes.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
Monitor and document sales performance and coaching sessions.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
Implement performance management strategies, including corrective actions.
Collaborate with leadership to mentor and develop team members.
Facilitate training and development programs.
Perform administrative tasks as required.

What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a call center environment.
At least 1 year of experience in the timeshare industry preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Noble software.
