Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries for various transactions.

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile various balance sheet accounts.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Prepare and process vendor payments.

  • Reconcile vendor statements monthly.

  • Assist with the month-end closing process for accounts payable.

  • Reconcile customer accounts monthly.

  • Assist with the month-end closing process for accounts receivable.

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance

  • 2 years' experience in accounting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
