salary: $18.74 - $18.75 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock room and ship either using UPS, FEDex, DHL by logging into the portal.

• Pull parts for production when not shipping.

• Organize and maintain the stock room when not shipping.

• Coordinate Shipments: Arrange, prepare, and track both domestic and international shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and LTL carriers.

• Prepare Shipping Documentation: Generate labels, packing lists, and bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and compliance with each carrier's requirements.

• Manage Pickup Scheduling: Schedule and confirm daily pickups with carriers, ensuring all shipments are collected on time.

• Inspect Outgoing Shipments: Review products before shipping to confirm item condition, quantity, and accuracy against customer orders.

• Maintain Shipping Records: Accurately document tracking numbers, delivery timelines, and shipment costs for future reference.

The essential functions of this role include:
