The Senior Digital Designer has a deep understanding of how great design can drive overall business results. They provide vision and direction, in collaboration with their cross-functional partners, to articulate a compelling vision for the world's leading membership and leisure travel company, along with other travel brands within our multi-billion-dollar global portfolio. They are an expert in artfully aligning business goals with user’s needs, in order to create engaging, user-centric experiences.

How You'll Shine:

• Produce on-brand, strategically driven, highly engaging campaigns and executions that align with both established brand design and best-in-class experience design principles.

• Collaborate with Data, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams to develop marketing campaigns, and high-performing executions across all digital channels.

• Identifying new opportunities to increase consistency, improve user experiences, and efficiency and drive bookings across the digital ecosystem.

• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and peers to define content requirements and present 'the strategic why' behind the creative and articulate the solution to achieve the business goals.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers.

• Quickly translate concept & ideas into direction & expectations for design team’s execution.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in digital design

• Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus

• Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to influence at all levels

• Proficient in Figma,

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

• Ability to project manage, assign direction, coach, interview, onboard

• BFA in Multimedia Design, Digital Media or related degree, or appropriate amount of professional experience.

• Experience within travel & hospitality a plus

• Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
