Job Description

They will be working on a host of projects with a focus in the MEP space. The day to day includes managing their portfolio of projects. These projects will range in many different disciplines including HVAC, Fire alarm, plumbing and electrical projects. These projects will add up to about 9 projects and be a total of $4million dollars' worth.

Skills and Requirements

6-8 years - focused within MEP space, project management

Strong mechanical background

Microsoft suite - project management software

Industrial, commercial space, healthcare space

Bachelor's degree Project Manager Professional License

General Contract license

Higher ed or hospital project management experience null
