Must be Located Closer to Orlando, FL

Job Description:

• handle a high volume of calls - both inbound and outbound.

• manage prescriptions from initiation until they move to the fulfillment department

• tasks will include intake, inputting data, working the phones, refilling prescriptions, manual resolutions, clarifying prescriptions, and managing transfers from other retail stores.

• Expect to handle 50-60 calls per shift if assigned to phone duty.

Qualifications:

• 6+ Months of Experience of working as Pharmacy Technician with Call Centre Expereince is Mandatory

• Should Hold Active state License in Pharmacy from Florida as Mandatorily
