We are seeking a highly motivated Product and Partner Solutions Analyst with a passion for the travel industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating those insights into actionable product solutions for our digital travel offerings.

As a Product and Partner Solutions Analyst, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, supporting the development of digital travel solutions. Your insights and solutions will shape how we connect with our partners and help them have seamless, personalized travel experiences.

How You'll Shine:

• Product Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and assess the functionality and performance of our products and identify opportunities for product optimization, feature enhancements, and process improvements based on customer and market feedback.

• Partner Insights: Engage with internal customers, customer service teams, and sales teams to gather feedback and understand pain points related to our travel solutions. Analyze customer journeys and user behaviors to inform product decisions and develop solutions that drive customer satisfaction.

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to define data and analytics requirements, document stories, and translate business needs into actionable reports.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Snowflake, Looker Studio) to monitor product performance, user engagement, and key metrics. Leverage data to propose enhancements and report on product success.

• Product Reporting: Assist in maintaining and updating Product Solutions’ analyses and reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to key stakeholders within the business.

• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in the digital travel space. Research emerging trends such as AI in travel, personalization, and data-driven travel solutions to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

• Travel Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the travel industry, including evolving customer expectations, regulatory changes, and technological advancements (e.g., mobile booking, payment systems, travel APIs, etc.).

Travel Requirements:

• Travel may be required once or twice a year for team meetings.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with internal partners.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) – Advanced

• SQL – Intermediate (Advanced Preferred)

• Microsoft Power BI/Fabric – Intermediate

• Google Analytics 360/GA4 – Beginner (Intermediate Preferred)

• Looker Studio – Beginner

• Experience with the data analysis process (Example – Google’s APPASA process) and previous experience in a data analytics and/or business intelligence role a must.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, etc.) a plus.

• Experience with Python language and/or ML model development a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in data and analytics roles.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality reporting to key internal stakeholders.

• Experience working within the hospitality industry is preferred

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
