Hiring Pharmacy Technician to start ASAP!!!! - Call Center

Job Description

This is a front-end Call-center Pharmacy Technician role. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, managing prescriptions from intake to fulfillment. You will work across various tasks including starting prescriptions, inputting data, handling phone calls, refilling prescriptions, resolving manual issues, clarifying prescriptions, and managing transfers from other retail stores. Expect to handle around 50-100 calls per shift. You will touch all parts of the front-end pharmacy process. The role includes three components: Welcome Calls, Inbound Phone Calls, and Offline tasks (intake, data entry, insurance coverage).

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orlando, Florida.

Work Environment

Professional quiet call-center environment with an open floor plan and small/shared cubicles. There is a large lunchroom. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. The pharmacy operates Monday-Saturday, 8am-9pm with shorter Saturday shifts and overnight shifts available. Training lasts 2-3 weeks (9am-6pm), and attendance is mandatory. Post-training, preferred shift is 12pm-9pm with possible accommodations. No overtime and no weekend shifts. All contractors receive a 1-hour lunch break.
