Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist with forklift experience to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to become a permanent team member after 90 days. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with stock organization, and supporting the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

• Utilize forklifts to move products and materials safely within the warehouse.

• Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized.

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily inventory goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience required..

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be motivated, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic computer skills (experience with inventory management software a plus).

Pay Details: $21.19 per hour
