Description:
You will be the Material Processor for the Production Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for supporting the production of our products by systemically and physically processing various types of materials for use in manufacturing.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Material Processor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Processing of materials through various means such has receiving, warehouse storage and retrieval, tool crib, or movements between manufacturing zones
• Work with hazardous materials while adhering to safety guidelines
• Follow detailed procedures for tracking inventory and ensuring proper labeling of materials for identification
• Collaborate with other members of the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks, reach/pallet stackers, and other material handling equipment to process and move materials

Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance
Must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in accordance with the collective Bargaining Agreement
Ability to lift and move manufactured assemblies, parts, and materials to and from various locations within the manufacturing facility
Desired Skills:
Strong computer skills (Windows application with an emphasis on Excel).
Solid organizational and tracking skills
Ability to work with others in a team environment and at the same time be comfortable working alone on special tasks.
Previous material handling, shipping, or warehouse experience preferred
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
