Job Description: V2X is looking for a Logistics Specialist at the PMO (Orlando, FL) This individual will assist the Lead Logistician with compiling and overseeing monthly outputs and reporting for 12+ locations, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping, assist and QC in receiving documents and asset data loaders for spare parts from sites, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and accurate, assist with the verification of joint and cyclic inventories, ensuring the accuracy of part, serial numbers and physical serviceability, Assist with transfer orders, and provide technical support for MIS systems (PIEE, Maximo, Logistics, INSITE). Will be responsible for overseeing and accuracy of all items identified as equipment and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) have appropriate barcodes during physical inventories processes, assist with regular updates to government furnished property documentation and work closely with site logisticians to review and recommend property documentation changes and recommend actions for Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS) and manage the disposition of GFE/GFM.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly outputs and reporting of 12+ locations, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.

  • Assist and QC receiving documents and asset data loaders for spare parts at each site, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

  • Assist with the verification of joint and cyclic inventories, ensuring the accuracy of part, serial numbers and physical serviceability.

  • Assist with transfer orders, and provide technical support for MIS systems (PIEE, Maximo, Logistics, INSITE).

  • Oversee all items identified as equipment and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) have appropriate barcodes during physical inventories.

    Education/Experience:

  • 2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree)

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is required, with one year of directly related experience.

    Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office automation tools.

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with managers and other supply chain and finance personnel.

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new business/financial systems and work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, negotiation skills, and the capacity to lead in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.

  • Experience with material management programs, particularly Maximo and/or InSite.

    Desired Skills:

  • Experience in cross-functional process teams is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Maximo and other MIS systems (e.g., Sunflower, S4 Hana).

  • Knowledge of GCSS-Army, FEDLOG, ETID, and government supply systems.
