Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) Hire to Retire (H2R) team in the US is searching for an HR Systems Administrator to join our H2R HR Systems Support team. The HR Systems Support team plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR Technology systems within the organization. The team requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, systems thinking, technical writing, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer support to both P&O / HR professionals and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in H2R processes (payroll, workforce management, worker readiness, equity services and AskHR. In addition to technical proficiency, exceptional customer service skills are paramount. As a champion of customer satisfaction, you will be dedicated to delivering unparalleled experiences, ensuring that GBS remains the partner of choice for our customers.

This position will be based out of our Orlando, FL office, with a flexible hybrid work model allowing you the autonomy that suits your lifestyle.

Area of Responsibility:

System Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of Workday, ServiceNow, and knowledge systems.

  • Manage user access, security, system updates, and enhancements.

  • Evaluate, plan, and execute system upgrades, including testing and change management.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain system guides and procedures.

  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to users.

HRIS Expertise:

  • Proficient in the use and administration of HR Information Systems.

  • Navigate and troubleshoot system issues effectively.

Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption.

Customer Support:

  • Provide timely and responsive support, addressing inquiries positively.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Utilize reporting and analytics within HR systems to generate insights and assist in decision-making.

User Training and Guidance:

  • Provide training and guidance to internal and external users.

Agile Mindset:

  • Stay flexible, collaborate, and learn to achieve high-performing results.

Digitalization:

  • Demonstrate system and technical knowledge across various platforms, adapting to new tools like AI, predictive analytics, business process management solutions, and robotics.

  • Partner with technology solution providers to address customer pain points and translate business requirements to technology teams.

Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes.

  • Apply analytical techniques to gather, document, and interpret business requirements, processes, and objectives.

  • Design future-state processes leveraging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Project Management and Collaboration:

  • Create project plans with critical milestones to support timelines and objectives, employing an Agile approach where appropriate.

  • Manage project workstreams, ensuring systems align and understanding downstream impacts across the system landscape.

  • Ensure personal deliverables are of high quality, meet deadlines, and align with supervisor’s expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Proven experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and knowledge systems.

  • Understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies and their practical application

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information systems

  • Knowledge of the services offered by GBS Business Lines

  • Experience in H2R tools such as Fusion, Workday, and ServiceNow

  • Growth mindset – willing to try, fail, and learn from the outcome

  • Positive attitude, eager to contribute within a collaborative team environment

  • Capability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take ownership of tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in project management

  • Results-driven approach, committed to delivering high-quality outcomes

  • Proven track record of managing projects to successful outcomes

  • Interpersonal and networking skills, with the capacity to build trust and influence stakeholders

  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and methodologies

The pay range for this position is $72,380 – 124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
