Qualifications:
Someone who has strong understanding middle revenue cycle
Power BI, data extraction, health information management, Epic, Data, health information
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong skills in data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources.
Experience working in health information management
Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Someone who can work independetly and is proactive
Description
The Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting for HIM and coding metrics.
This position involves extracting and transforming data from multiple sources into meaningful and interactive insights using business intelligence tools.
The HIM Specialist collaborates with IT and administrative staff to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing health data, developing reports and dashboards, and utilizing tools like Power BI to create visually immersive insights.
The role also involves integrating data from various sources to provide a unified view of health information and operational performance, identifying trends for process improvement, and supporting collaboration across teams.

Help develop and determine the missing gabs in reporting
Everything you think about HIM needs to monitor from an operations management standpoint
Production reports, turn around times, metrics

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
