Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain Procurement Representative in Orlando, Florida
Description:
You will be the Procurement Representative for the Precision Strike Program team. Our team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing hardware and services to support the program's mission.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Procurement Representative, you will be responsible for driving strategic procurement efforts to ensure the program's success. You will leverage your expertise to source, negotiate, and purchase essential materials, services, and hardware, while building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
•Identifying and procuring essential materials through international and domestic sourcing and purchasing.
•Analyzing statistical data to inform procurement decisions, track price trends, and assess purchasing feasibility.
•Monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
•Negotiating terms with suppliers to achieve the best cost and quality balance, and managing contract agreements.
•Processing orders, verifying deliveries, approving payments, and maintaining accurate records.
•Preparing and managing RFPs and bid packages to solicit and evaluate supplier proposals.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience placing and managing fast paced subcontracts
Leading cross-functional program teams in supplier management process
Strong knowledge and experience of Firm Fixed Price and FAR, DFAR contracts
Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication skills.
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters which often requires coordination between functional organizations and ability to present effectively to all levels of management
Demonstrated problem solving skills and presentation skills
Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions
Self-motivated, ownership of tasks and accountable
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills:
Subcontracts experience
Experience with International Trade and Compliance
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts
SAP/P2P SC Nav Purchase order creation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
