General Position Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will provide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to support decision making. The position reports to the Director of Finance. This role will need to partner with cross functional team members and represent the Finance function.

Travel is estimated at 15%. Location is Orlando.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial reporting package and analysis

  • Develop financial models and forecasts for revenue, margin, cash flow

  • Support financial analysis at a corporate level to include development and tracking of KPIs, executive dashboarding, preparing financial reports, rolling forecasts and cross-departmental analytics

  • Create, review, and analyze financial data relating to indirect expenses and indirect rates and job over/under absorption.

  • Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency.

  • Assist in implementing a scalable and collaborative forecasting tool

  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement solutions to improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

  • Provide ad hoc analyses to support special projects across the business

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of percent complete and multi-currency accounting

  • 2-3 years experience in FP&A role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software

  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service

  • Experience in high-growth companies and comfort working on a fast-paced team with changing priorities including ability to handle multiple projects and produce timely, quality work

  • Independent/flexible problem-solver with the ability to adapt as the business grows

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to interact with various levels of management and build influential relationships with partners throughout the business

  • Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root cause and provide and implement solutions
