Financial Analyst | Orlando, FL

Job Description

• Act as a liaison to support projects from financial perspectives.

• Review and analyze financial data and trends, specifically around manufacturing.

• Working with internal teams and partners to support changes required to drive financial results.

• Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes- ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance.

• Assist with month-end accounting, specifically around raw materials and finished goods.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and provide financial insights.

• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

• Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.

• Advanced Excel skills, and PowerBi preferred.

• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

• The work environment is fast-paced and requires a high level of adaptability and comfort with change.

• Will be fully on site M-F
