Position Overview

• Work directly with the Equipment and Tooling manager to establish an effective management review system.

• Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.

Responsibilities  

• Establish a digital forecast tools to ensure enough tools will be on hand to meet the demands of field teams.

• Create PowerBI reports to facilitate KPI reviews and to establish improvement plans.

• Establish and implement effective digital tracking solutions for equipment, tooling, repairs, and certifications.

• Lead the definition of tool kits to facilitate efficient ordering by field users.

• Track usage and location of equipment and tools to support financial tasks.

• As needed serve as team lead for some or all of the equipment and tooling team.

• Consolidate and as needed create technical documentation to support fields teams with proper usage and maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting.

• Create and implement processes to effectively meet the equipment and tooling needs of our field teams to include inventory management, planned and unplanned maintenance activities, and kitting/logistical support.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills 

• As needed serve as team lead for some or all of the equipment and tooling team.

• Create PowerBI reports to facilitate KPI reviews and to establish improvement plans.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 30% travel required with the position
