Duties:
Perform duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / cooling, ventilation, roofing and security.
Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair / maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
Assist with construction project management.
Maintain records and prepare reports (cost analysis, proposals, etc.).
Support CTDI’s sustainability initiatives
Work with all levels of management to define and prioritize work flow.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, appliances, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drywall, boilers, as well as grounds maintenance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues
Turn projects around in a timely and efficient manner
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience with building management and/or maintenance.
Experience working with outside vendors and contractors a plus
Commercial electrical experience preferred.
Experience with automatic conveyor maintenance/repair is a plus.
This is a Full Time Position
Pay Day is every Friday
Pay Rate range is 25-30 dollars per hour
Monday - Friday 7am-330pm
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
