CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join our

program as a member of the Warfighter Training Readiness Solutions PMO team

supporting the U.S. Army around the globe. The Business Operations Manager

will be responsible for supporting program business and functional operations

within our team. Our ideal candidate has a background in program operations,

PMO, and finance. This is a people manager position operating in a fast-paced

environment.

More About the Role :

Support the Program Manager in planning and monitoring program activities from start-up thru lifecycle management.

Lead Risk Management, performing risk assessments, mitigation strategies and maintaining risk registers.

Identify and facilitate the resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between technical and functional areas.

Subcontracts management in CACI's P2P system.

Coordinate activities across multiple CACI subcontractors.

Receive, process, and submit TDL and TDPs.

Manage RFQs and Purchase Requisitions in support of sourcing and procurement for both Government and CACI requirements.

Pick up, assign, track, coordinate shipping, management and audit of Government Assets.

Timecard management, reviews, approvals, and signatures for both CACI and subcontractor personnel.

Provide input to corporate PMR and other reporting reports and slides.

Lead efforts to support employee engagement and morale both with recognition and events.

Interview, hire, lead, and evaluate staff.

Provide coaching, development, and oversight of one or more direct reports.

Identify, shape, and deliver priority requirements for W-TRS.

Support annual planning and goal setting processes, including metrics definition and target setting.

Lead and participate in special projects spanning multiple functions and geographies.

Remain agile and flexible to meet emerging program needs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Management and 10 years of

relative experience.

Experience in a business operations leadership role, preferably for a large DoD or

federal contract/program.

Risk Management expertise.

Management and advisory experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Strong interpersonal skills for customer and employee interaction.

Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI

management.

Demonstrates effective people skills and excellent verbal and written

Communication.

Strong organizational knowledge.

Expert experience with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

Familiarity with CACI HR, operations and contract processes and systems.

Familiarity with FEDSIM and Army PEO operations.

Familiarity with Army training requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,500 - $181,500
