Position Overview:

Global Business Services Delivery Optimization is searching for a business process analyst to initiate and manage process enhancements and digital solutions using the latest technologies, i.e. artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, business process management solutions and robotics. The ideal candidate has experience and knowledge of the H2R portfolio, specifically in H2R processes such as payroll, workforce management, worker readiness, equity services, AskHR, with expertise in processes, automation, and strong technical skills. This candidate will work within the H2R service lines, as well as externally with our Operating and Strategic customers to leverage these technologies and provide solutions to meet customers needs, keeping GBS as the partner of choice. A successful candidate understands the existing pain points and enjoys learning and redesigning to increase optimization by dropping non-value add steps and/or applying a broad array of digital solutions. Motivated to proactively engage the customer while maintaining a healthy channel of communication and effectively coordinating deadlines, requirements and savings. Contributes to creative thinking and supporting the team, believes in people and in change. Champion strategic digital initiatives, cultivating a culture of technological innovation and collaboration throughout the organization

We are looking for Business Excellence Consultant to support our Hire-to-Retire business. In this role, you will work remotely from your home office.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Optimization of processes with automation, digital solutions or redesign within the portfolio services provided by Hire to Retire

  • Driving innovation and evaluating new tools/application in alignment with the H2R strategy (Power BI, RPA, Data Analytics, AI, etc.) to achieve efficiency targets

  • Define and align local H2R portfolio & service strategy with Service lines

  • Supporting implementation of H2R portfolio / service roadmap

  • Achieve high Automation Rate, Service Availability, Service Quality and Cost Optimization for all services

  • Participates in the exploration of new ideas and concepts, gathering best practices, and making recommendations to management and the Process Community on H2R processes

  • Providing insight on subject matter expertise related to support functions and commercial services

Main Activities:

  • Translates Customer Demand into Operations, and display Operations Capability to CRM

  • Identify requirements needed for process reengineering and work with the customer and H2R service lines to implement changes, whether digital or operation-driven

  • Monitors Savings Contribution

  • Partners with the H2R delivery centers by monitoring and increasing automation rates

  • Defines the benefit model of potential projects and ensures the value of the projects outweighs the cost of requirements

  • Identifies potential projects with GBS H2R and customers through relationship management or customer satisfaction indicators and manages the pipeline of projects

  • Display a deep understanding of customer digital needs, tailoring technological solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA from an accredited university.

  • Proven experience in designing processes and implementing digital solutions

  • Data Analytical skills: Adept at dissecting data to uncover valuable insights for informed decision-making

  • Familiar with AI topics and RPA (e.g. Machine Learning, Chatbots, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Excel

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Siemens Business structures

  • Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, and prioritization, in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL

  • Ability to communicate, support and motivate yourself and others

The pay range for this position is $59,430 - $101,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
