STOCKBRIDGE MANAGEMENT Venue Manager and Assistant Office Manager in OREM, Utah

Fibernet Executive Suites is looking for a part-time manager, sales associate, and marketing manager who is honest and organized to manage and lease/sell our office/executive suites and reception/business venue operations in Orem, Utah. The average candidate should have experience in face-to-face sales such as a retail salesperson or in hospitality management or both. Real estate sales are a plus but not required.  But candidates must be confident with face to face sales experience in addition to phone and electronic sales. Candidates must also have exceptional experience in online marketing including social media (instagram), and website content management.  This is a flexible work option for students or other part-time individuals interested in a career in venue management, real estate, and hospitality. We will provide you a workspace during normal business hours and we allow you to use the space to study for school part-time after hours.

This is a base plus commission compensated position.

You will need to meet with prospects in person at our location in Orem and or drive to their location. You will also need to be highly available by phone, text, and email. Your success will depend on you locating and or responding quickly and effectively to potential clients.

Applicant Qualifications

  • Retail Sales, Hospitality experience

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

  • Venue management is a plus

Language

  • English

  • Spanish is a plus

     

Hours Pay and Benefits

  • $18-20 per hour base pay rate, 20 hours in office per week during normal business hours - see Job Description.  This position is employed through Stockbridge Management.

  • Venue Only Commission of 8% of gross venue booking fees $0 to $10,000 per month gross.

    • Commission increases to 10% of gross venue booking for anything above $10,000 per month.

    • $25 per hour for after hours event staffing as needed.

Job Description Venue Coordinator

  • Ensure the complete exceptional positive experience for potential actual and venue clients.

  • Report to the FES Manager regarding the venue and its clients.

  • Establish norms, protocols, procedures, documentation, marketing flyers, website, and social media.

  • Staff the venue during after hours events.

Office Manager Assistant

  • Assist Office Managers with their duties and cross trained and available for filling in when needed as the Office Manager.

  • Executive Suite Salesperson

Social Media  

  • Minimum of one feed post and four story posts per week.
