STOCKBRIDGE MANAGEMENT LLC Part-time Receptionist/Office Manager in OREM, Utah
Part-time only - Assistant Real Estate Property, Office and Sales Manager
In this exciting and challenging position managing your team and working with between 50-100 entrepreneurs in a spectacular Class A office suites and conferencing environment. Your responsibilities will draw on a wide variety of skills and experience ranging from sales and customer service, clerical, concierge and business services, billing, reception, and even security.
A successful candidate will start with a base of $18-20 per hour with an increase after a training period.
Honest, skilled, experienced, motivated and proactive individuals are the standard for this position and company. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, hard worker, has an ability to multi-task and works with/mentors other team members effectively. You tasks will include: customer service and sales, reconciliations, rent rolls, leases, inventory, maintenance, billing, payment, security checkpoint, and many more.
Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum of two years. A credit and background check are required.
Although this is position is a part-time position, requiring a set schedule of 20 hours per week, you will also need to have the flexibility to work other hours to cover your coworker shifts when needed. Business hours are between 8:45-5:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. Candidates that need or already have another part-time job that they plan to keep, should not apply for this part-time position.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour starting depending on your skill, experience, and training.
