Nexeo Staffing Maintenance Technician in OREM, Utah
Nexeo HR is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in production maintenance in the nutraceutical industry,strong knowledge of pneumatic systems,and a team player with a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines.
Perform mechanic skills including,but not limited to,mechanical,electrical,pneumatic,hydraulic,troubleshooting,and repair of production machines.
Perform simple machinist duties and will have a good working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics systems.
Diagnose problems,replace or repair parts,test,and make adjustments.
Will use a variety of hand and power tools,electric meters,and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations,and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Qualifications
Must have 1 year of production maintenance and/or educational background in automation required.
Nutraceutical or food/beverage industry experience a plus.
Must have strong knowledge of pneumatic systems.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic understanding of three-phase and single-phase power is a must.
Great sense of urgency,high attention to detail,problem-solving skills,and innovative thinking.

$25.00 Per Hour

Day Shift | 4x10s | 6:00am 4:30pm
