What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of HEDIS reviewers with clear goals and performance metrics.
Develop and implement quality improvement projects using innovative tools and methods.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Analyze data to drive actionable insights and track quality program performance.
Serve as the key liaison between Praxis and payer partners.
Provide training on HEDIS measures and best practices to clinic leaders and staff.
Host internal and external meetings to communicate progress and new initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a licensed Healthcare professional with management experience.
5 Years’ experience managing employees in a clinic setting or equivalent preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
SQL and Powerbi skills preferred.
Project management certification preferred

General Physical Requirements
This position is primarily a sedentary role, requiring the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. It involves regular use of a computer, including typing, viewing a screen, and using other office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, or carrying light office materials (up to 10 pounds) may be necessary.
