Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Oregon City, Oregon. The role primarily involves supporting our client's customers over the phone, navigating data systems, and coordinating with multiple internal partners to resolve concerns and complaints. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of calls daily

• Navigate and manage data in a proprietary database

• Make referrals for qualified individuals

• Maintain strict confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethics

• Apply active and empathetic listening skills to provide solutions

• Perform data entry and account management

Requirements • Must have a proven track record in Customer Service

• Typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM is essential

• Experience in Account Management is required

• Administrative Assistance skills are necessary

• Ability to handle an Answering Multi-Line Phone System is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must
