We are providing an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Oregon City, Oregon area. Work with our client in this crucial role for their team where you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, and providing empathetic and strategic solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of calls without compromising the quality of service

• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions

• Apply empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving techniques

• Utilize strong database navigation skills for efficient operations

• Perform data entry tasks

• Use Microsoft Office Suites and other software for administrative tasks and multi-line phone system management

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Ability to type between 45 - 60 WPM

• Experience in Account Management

• Skilled in Administrative Assistance

• Familiarity with answering multi-line phone systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
