Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Engineer with a focus on new product development and product costing. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, preferably in OTC pharma. This role involves managing capital projects up to $150k and new product development launches of $50M-$500M in annual sales. The Packaging Engineer will work under minimal supervision, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter, and handle complex issues, referring only the most complex to higher-level personnel. Project management skills are essential for coordinating multiple cross-functional efforts within given timelines.
