1st Shift, 6:30AM – 3:00PM, Monday - Friday
Hourly rate $19.00 - $35.00 DOE
Ability to work overtime during the week and Saturdays

RESPONSIBILITY: Set up and operate three axis CNC lathes.
JOB DUTIES:
Ensure proper material and stock size for job.
Perform machine set ups and first piece inspection.
Document all information needed to run job.
Operate machines and inspect parts in accordance with Quality Procedures.
Verify conformance of parts to specifications using micrometers, dial indicators, and optical comparator.
Review job during run and notify lead person of cycle time variations.
Accurately weight up parts for correct daily count and record information on time slip.
Perform daily and routine preventive maintenance functions.
Keep area clean and orderly.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
Minimum two (2) years CNC experience.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Strong Mathematical aptitude.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of CNC programming and general machining principles, including the use of gages and measurement devices typical of this skill level and experience.
