Your role at Clorox:

Lead a team of material planners and buyers/schedulers for the BU, audit and improve current processes, and foster collaboration within a community of best practices across different business units.

Oversee production planning and scheduling, aligning these with sales forecasts and business objectives the Orangeville Glad Plant. Ensure the timely availability of materials and components by coordinating with plant leaders (Logistics, Quality, and Production).

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules across the business unit network, sequencing orders to improve efficiency and reduce changeovers, while maintaining compliance with regulations and quality standards.

• Maintain detailed records of production schedules and performance metrics and develop contingency strategies for unforeseen disruptions in the production process.

• Collaborate with the network's materials planners to monitor and adjust inventory levels, ensuring a balance that prevents shortages or surplus Work closely with network schedulers to align material requirements with production schedules, ensuring that materials are identified, sourced, and delivered on time to meet production needs.

• Issue purchase orders and manage the logistics to ensure the timely arrival of materials, contributing to the uninterrupted flow of production processes.

• Maintain inventory management systems and procedures and provide crucial insights on material availability and lead times to support effective production planning.

What we look for:

• Experience handling SOP documentation and various systems such as PPDS, ERP, and warehouse management systems.

• 3-5 years of experience in a plant environment.

• Background experience in a CPG Company (preferred).

• Knowledge working with SAP. (Desirable).

• Influencing and leadership skills.
