Honeywell Sr Maintenance Technician in Orange, Texas
As a Maintenance Technician Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall reliability and safety of our operations.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Orange, Texas location.
In this role, you will impact the uptime and performance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are operating at their best to support our production and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, and equipment adjustments
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and perform repairs as needed
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and implement improvements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Operate Heavy Equipment (Crane, Forklift, Excavator)

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as Crane, Forklift, Ect. Heavy Equipment Certification preferred.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
WE VALUE
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent technical training
Experience with maintenance management systems and tools
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations
