Kelly Services Documenter/DMA in Orange, Texas

Kelly Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Documenter/DMA in the Orange, Texas area for a long-term opportunity! The ideal candidate will have related experience, be very detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and critical thinking skills, and work well within a team environment. DAILY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Review and answer emails

  • After MOC is final approved, verify DMS Form, work with MOC Owner if inaccurate or incomplete, then complete action item on MOC’s to place final copy in WebEDMS and File Share

  • Work with the WebEDMS Procedure Owner to ensure that redlines are corrected in procedures via MOC

  • Work with the WebEDMS Procedure Owner to ensure that the procedures are completed by due date and are accurate.

  • Determines and administers plant fileshare securities using FSM by adding and removing employees in File Share for TES, MP, CSD & CDG Maintenance Personnel

  • Troubleshooting for fileshare access and understanding, P&ID needs, document location/identification, DMS Form, file migration, file renaming, character count issues

  • Add DMA to do tasks outside of daily work to the list in Teams

  • Learn and use guidance documents in Teams folders

  • Character Count & Naming Convention reviews and clean-up

  • Attend & participate in DMA meetings as scheduled.

  • Send out Monthly Past Due Procedure Reports to Procedure Owners (First Week, 15th, Last week)

  • WebEDMS – Run Reports for Status of procedures (3 months out) send out email for resolution of the outstanding procedures, Add new procedures to WebEDMS, sunset procedures that are no longer needed (First Week)

  • Run the Broken Link Report on the 15th of every month to verify links in WebEDMS

  • Provide Migration and P&ID metrics in spreadsheets in Teams by 1st Monday prior to 2nd Wednesday

  • Provide agenda topics for DMA Meetings

  • Conducts DMS Checklists, participates in audits, as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 3-5 years of related experience

  • Proficiency within SAP and MS Office.

  • Experience with updating systems, updating redlines, checklist audits, etc. preferred!

  • Background within maintenance is a big plus!
