Amergis Staffing is currently seeking On-Call School Instructional Aides and Behavior Interventionists to assist students either 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom setting within the Orange County region for the 2024-2025 school year. This position does require flexibility as you would be working at different school sites.

The Instructional Aide position involves supervision as well as utilization of language skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning skills, while planning and implementing lessons based on division and school objectives. This position does require previous experience working with kids in a professional setting (ex: daycare, afterschool program, etc.) Sub pay rate is $22/hour.

The Behavior Technician position involves supervision and helping manage behaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuring students are keeping on track with homework and classwork. This position does require a minimum of 6-8 months of ABA experience working with aggressive behaviors. Sub pay rate is $26/hour.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children and/or ABA experience

• Must have at least 2-5 days available from Monday - Friday each week

• Must be available anytime between 7:30am-4pm (if not called by 8:45am, the day is yours)

The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
