Amergis Staffing is currently seeking On-Call SchoolInstructional Aides and Behavior Interventionists to assist studentseither 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom setting within the OrangeCounty region for the 2024-2025 school year. This positiondoes require flexibility as you would be working at different school sites.

The Instructional Aide position involves supervision as well as utilization oflanguage skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning skills, while planning andimplementing lessons based on division and school objectives. Thisposition does require previous experience working with kids in a professionalsetting (ex: daycare, afterschool program, etc.) Sub pay rate is$22/hour.

The Behavior Technician position involves supervision and helping managebehaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuring students are keeping ontrack with homework and classwork. This position does require a minimumof 6-8 months of ABA experience working with aggressive behaviors. Subpay rate is $26/hour.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children and/or ABA experience

• Must have at least 2-5 days available from Monday - Friday each week

• Must be available anytime between 7:30am-4pm (if not called by 8:45am, the day is yours)
