Customer Service Assistant

Greets and directs visitors.
Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate team member.
Schedules clients' appointments.
Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
Ensure vendor log is completed as needed.
Contact clients referred by funding agencies and explain service, follow-up, etc.
Assists with client registrations, answers job board questions, and assists with resumes and computer support.
Receives referrals from different community agencies.
Ensures clients are enrolled in case management system.
Creates participants orientation folders, assists with intake process, and follows up with clients.
Notifies clients of start dates and provides information clients need for start dates and training.
