CNC Turning Center- Programmer and Operator
Applicant Skills:
- Ability to look at technical drawings/blueprints and or parts and make drawings, program, set up, and operate CNC Turning Centers
- Understand and Program with G-codes and or Fusion 360, or Gibbs cam
- Understand and set up with best feeds, and speeds for tooling. Consider best tools and speeds and feeds for specific jobs
- Perform quality assurance inspection/test to ensure products meet design specification
- Perform basic machine maintenance as outlined
- Observe and recognize any machine issues and trouble shoot and resolve problems, and involve others
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of standing for an extended period of time and routinely lift up to 25 lbs. for short periods of time
- Will consider intern and or full time
Company:
First shift: 7:00-3:30 with 30 min lunch and 15-minute break, Monday-Friday, Except Holidays. Minimum OT and/or Saturday work.
