Are you an experienced welder/fabricator who is looking for a new opportunity? Do you like the idea of a 4 day per week schedule that will allow you to be home for dinner every night? If so, we have a job for you! Ooltewah-area manufacturer is looking for fitter/fabricators to join their team. Company is looking to interview/weld test immediately, so today and call Randstad for more information! Shift: M-TH 4am to 230pm, overtime Friday Pay: $20-24 DOE

salary: $20 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 4 AM - 2:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal products.

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products: including steel racks for automotive companies

• Install and repair various equipment and components

• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications, must be able to weld from a print

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 9 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Mig (1 year of experience is required)

• Blueprint Reading

• Quality Control

• Fabrication (1 year of experience is required)

• Fitting (1 year of experience is preferred)

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 2 years

• Experience level: Experienced
