· As part of the Medtronic Data Analytics and Insights (DA&I) team that supports Global Operations and Supply Chain, this program manager role plays a critical part leading our analytics adoption strategy, training, communication, and change management to advance analytics maturity of our end user community and champion a data drive culture. With over 5,000 monthly active users and 250K+ report views each month, we are at the forefront of leveraging data for strategic decision-making. The Program Manager will lead the adoption strategy and training/communications segment of our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our data analytics and insights platform’s utilization and understanding across the organization.

A Day in the Life

· Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.

· Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.

· Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.

· Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business.

· Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)

· Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics and insights adoption strategy

· Create an aligned framework, playbook, and maturity assessment for analytics across functional stakeholder groups. Own the execution of this one created.

· Lead, manage, and improve the monthly onboarding program for internal team members.

· Oversee the creation and delivery of standard analytics training packages, managing user stories from our 24 product teams.

· Handle all end-user communications about our platform (e.g. planned downtime notifications, quarterly recaps, new programs)

· Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase platform engagement and user satisfaction.

· Partner with the team to create engaging content for training materials, newsletters, and announcements tailored to the needs of the user base.

· Gather user feedback to inform continuous improvement of the training and communication materials.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree, or;

· Advanced degree.

JOB EXPERIENCE

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree, or;

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree.

· Proven experience in program management, preferably in data analytics or a related field.

· Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes and projects.

· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Strong background in developing adoption strategies, training and communication programs, and change management.

· Strong understand of Agile methodologies, scrum framework, and data analytics processes.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including data professionals and business users.

· Knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools is a plus, to better understand the

user’s perspective.

· Preferred knowledge in operations, supply chain, supplier manage, systems, data analytics, and business process automation.

Base Salary Range: 103K - 155K
