We are currently seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our client's team onsite at Ontario, CA. This is a long-term contract position slated to go 1+ years. This position is working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional overtime and on call responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printer and computer hardware

• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware and software

• Resolve issues, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile printers, handheld devices, and conveyer belts and any other authorized peripheral equipment

• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of IT experience

• Broad experience of IT with understanding of networks

• Experience with Zebra printers is a plus

• Must be adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service skills

• This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork

• Certifications are preferred, but not required

$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
