Mille Lacs Health System RN/LPN Long Term Care Full Time (.9 FTE) in Onamia, Minnesota
Assists with processes to provide care for patients. Tasks to include: and other duties as assigned. Communicates with patients and their families, Providers, Nurses, pharmacies, ancillary department staff, and outside agencies. Utilizes Clinical leadership in problem-solving. Full-time Hours and benefits package, 8 or 12 hour evening or overnight shifts, every other weekend & rotating holidaysCurrent LPN or RN licensure. Prefer prior experience in long term care or transitional care setting. The qualified candidate should possess a high level of these skills: Minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience Preferred. Interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written). Customer service and detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task.
